I have given plenty of screen shots for you. They are very optimized to try and keep file size down.
Instructions
Open a tube that you would like to use Using the eyedropper

pick a colour from your image.
I find that a softer colour works best, but it's up to you :)
Open a new transparent image of 350 x 350 pixels. Select your selection tool with the following settings
Create a selection approximately 185 pixels square. (If your tube is not square maybe you would prefer to make your selection rectangular, so the tube fits better when it is pasted into the selection later)
Flood fill the selection with the colour you chose earlier, keep selected and give it the following Inner Bevel.
Deselect and duplicate the layer twice and arrange the boxes something like this
Select your Magic Wand with the following settings
Click inside the frame in the foreground.
It should be the top one on your layer palette and create a new layer.
Now find the tube you want to use and copy it.
Go back to the frames we're working on and make sure you're on the new layer you created.
Paste into selection.
Deselect and add a drop shadow with the following settings
Right click on this layer in your layer palette and click merge/merge down
(this merges it into the layer below, but leave all other layers as they were).
Make this layer invisible.
Now select the middle layer and click in the box with your magic wand.
Create a new layer and paste into selection.
(Your tube should still be copied to the clipboard)
At this point I mirrored the image (this is up to you)
Deselect and add the same drop shadow as before.
Merge this layer into the one below it.
Make this layer invisible.
Now select your bottom layer and click in the box with your magic wand and create a new layer and paste into selection again. Deselect it.
Give it a drop shadow as before and merge into the layer below it.
Make all layers visible and merge all layers.
Duplicate the layer.
We are going to resize the canvas to 1300 x 350 pixels.
Make sure you click the left middle placement arrow. See image below
Click OK.
Now highlight the bottom layer which should be the merged layer and make the top layer invisible.
Select the deformation tool and drag it out in all four directions so that the boxes cover the whole canvas.
There should be no transparent spaces.
Click on any other tool to accept the deformation.
Now go to Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur and give it a blur of 25 Radius.
(If you have any transparent areas undo and go back to the deformation tool and stretch it more until there are no transparent areas)
Go to Effects/Birgits Chaos/Embroidery with the following settings and click OK
Go to Effects/Filter Factory N/ Diamond Glass at default settings OK.
Now create a new layer and flood fill with the colour you chose in the beginning.
Reduce the opacity to 50% and make sure your top layer is still invisible
Merge Visible layers.
Now go to Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling and give it the following settings
Hightlight the top layer and make it visible again.
Give it the same drop shadow as before.
Repeat Drop Shadow, but make Vertical 0 and Horizontal -3
Add your watermark on a new layer.
Flatten the image and export as a jpeg with the following settings.
Save to Assemble in Letter Creator.
